We offer new agent training seminars as well as regular company "Lunch & Learn" education sessions. Our Fast Start training will lay the foundation for your success. It covers all the elements necessary for you to succeed; prospecting, sales, closing, pricing and negotiation skills. The follow-up Stay on Track training provides stimulating interactive discussions on the real life day to day work of a successful Realtor. Hands-on coaching by our experienced management team is available on a daily and weekly basis. In addition we have an excellent mentor program, matching you with an experienced agent. We equip you with an extensive training manual that targets all of the necessary Coldwell Banker tools and business practices that will enable you to succeed in real estate.

In addition to our Fast Start and Stay on Track training, we provide ongoing training for our new and experienced agents.

In addition to our management team, we have additional support people in each office who are always there to answer your questions and point you in the right direction.
